Why Choose GLAAZ?

At the Girls Leadership Academy of Arizona (GLAAZ), we believe every young woman deserves the opportunity to discover her voice, lead with confidence, and achieve her dreams. As a tuition-free, college-preparatory high school, GLAAZ offers a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment designed exclusively for girls.

Our small class sizes ensure every student receives personalized attention, meaningful relationships, and academic support that inspires growth. Beyond academics, students engage in leadership development, community service, and career exploration—helping them build the confidence and skills to succeed in college, career, and life.

At GLAAZ, you’re not just earning a diploma—you’re becoming part of a sisterhood of strong, compassionate, and ambitious young women ready to make an impact.

Lead. Learn. Inspire. That’s the GLAAZ way.
